What is the structure of the Commission? |
According to the Binational Agreement, Article 5 Composition:
1.The Commission shall consist of a U.S. Section and a México Section.
2.The U.S. Section of the Commission shall be composed of the Secretary of Health and Human Services or the Secretary’s delegate and 12 other members, who shall be designated by the Government of the United States of America. The Commissioner of the U.S. Section shall be the Secretary of Health and Human Services or the Secretary’s delegate.
3.The México Section of the Commission shall be composed of the Secretary of Health or the Secretary’s delegate and 12 other members, who shall be designated by the Government of the United Mexican States. The Commissioner of the México Section shall be the Secretary of Health or the Secretary’s delegate.
